Office Workout
Didn't feel like going to the gym today, so I just did the following exercises in my office during lunch break, when everyone else has left for their lunch:)
Push up - 8 Sets/ 25 Reps
Squats - 4 Sets/ 25 Reps
Crunches - 4 Sets/ 25 Reps
Triceps Dip - 4 Sets/ 25 Reps
My left shin felt slightly better... The ice really worked!
