Venue: Gym

Went to the Gym for lunch time workout together with Chan. Knowing that after my Lasik surgery tomorrow, I would have to stop exercising for weeks made me felt very depressed... Anyway, I went for a 5km run on the treadmill and did streching immediately after that. I have included doing some TKD kicks and Boxing punches, also practiced some Judo kata.
