Went to the gym with Elaine today. She ran on the treadmill and covered a distance of 3.6km and followed by some skipping.

I was very careful during my workout today. Making sure that I do not sweat to profusingly, and I wipe my forehead in between all the sets, to prevent my sweat from going into my eyes.
