Straight after my Japanese class at 2000hrs, I rushed to pick up my nephew, Deric. The reason I had to rush was because I have to pick up my wife at 2200hrs when she finished her evening class, and I don't want to miss my exercise time.

Deric managed to skip 600 times in this session and I am very confident that with practices, he will be far better than me in no time. He did a few push-up and we did the triceps (dip), 3 sets, together.
